Feeding & Labeling

Cartons coming from the feeding section are easily labeled in their positions with the compact labeling machine.

Aggloremation

Labeled cartons are collected sequentially in the collection area. 

Bag Feeding

Ziplock doypack bags or normal bags are placed in the elevator system. It is deposited sequentially on the conveyor with pneumatic piston and vacuum arms.

Bag Labeling

Bags on the conveyor are labeled correctly in their positions.  If necessary, coding can also be done with UV printers.

Agglomeration

Labeled bags are collected sequentially in the collection area.  Counter, timing and labeling operations as well as package (grouping) operations can be performed via the touch screen.
